Maximilian is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates and also holds a Master of Laws in this area. He has a high level of experience in drafting wills, power of attorney documents and assisting executors with administering deceased estates.
Maximilian is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is a current editor of the bulletin for de Groot’s Wills, Probate and Administration Practice (NSW).
Maximilian practised as a lawyer in Queensland for several years prior to moving to Sydney. He also acts in conveyancing matters in NSW, South Australia, Queensland and the ACT.
