With extensive experience in estate law practice across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, he brings a broad and informed perspective to his editorial work.

Terence completed a master’s thesis on the language of the High Court of Australia in wills matters, and has been sought by the Victorian Law Reform Commission for his expertise in plain legal language.
